Massai House

These little guys posed for me in front of their house. We could not communicate very well, but they seemed to like the post cards of home that I had to show them. Joseph told us that a house like this takes about 2 weeks to build and the wife does it all by herself. Since the Massai believe they own all the cows in the world, they often have to move to find grass for all of their livestock. This is one reason they live in houses made of purely mud and sticks.
